My Fellow Americans,
The United States of America stands on the brink. The Constitution—the foundation of our democracy—is being trampled. The rule of law, the checks and balances that once protected us from tyranny, have been dismantled. The very institutions meant to serve the people have been hijacked by a religious authoritarian regime that does not recognize limits to its power.
On this Fourth of July, the day we celebrate our nation’s birth and our hard-won freedoms, we must come together—not just to remember our history, but to take action to save our future. We, the People, must rise.
The Crisis We Face
Donald Trump is not just an authoritarian. He is not just a threat to democracy. He is following the blueprint of history’s worst dictators.
- He has openly threatened America’s closest allies while embracing hostile regimes. He has joked about annexing Canada, insulted NATO members, and weakened the alliances that have protected democracy for nearly a century—all while praising Vladimir Putin, defending North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un, and bending over backward for Saudi Arabia.
- He attacks the free press, calling journalists “the enemy of the people” while pushing state-controlled propaganda from his loyalists. Destroying the media is straight out of Hitler’s playbook.
- He has turned the Department of Justice into a personal weapon—targeting political enemies, prosecuting critics, and crushing dissent while protecting his criminal allies.
- He pardoned violent insurrectionists who attacked the U.S. Capitol while imprisoning whistleblowers, peaceful protestors, and investigative journalists.
- He is using government power to punish those who oppose him while making it clear that, under his rule, only Trump loyalists will be safe.
These are not the actions of a democratically elected leader. These are the actions of a dictator.
Trump Became President to Escape Prison
Trump’s long history of crimes—going back to the 1970s, from financial fraud to sexual assault—has been well-documented and proven in a court of law.
- He is a convicted sexual predator. A jury found him liable for sexual abuse in a civil case brought by writer E. Jean Carroll.
- He is a lifelong fraudster. A court ruled that Trump committed business fraud, illegally inflating his net worth to secure loans while evading accountability.
- He has been indicted on multiple felony charges. These include election interference, obstruction of justice, and financial crimes—all of which he has refused to face in court, instead using his political power to escape prosecution.
- He attempted to steal the 2020 election. Trump was charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of an official proceeding, and attempting to disenfranchise American voters. He knowingly spread lies about election fraud and sent violent extremists to the Capitol to stop the certification of the election.
- He stole classified documents. He illegally took top-secret government documents, refused to return them, and put national security at risk—yet has never faced true consequences.
Trump never ran for president to serve the people. He ran for president to serve himself. He ran to escape justice, silence prosecutors, and abuse the powers of the presidency to shield himself from prison. And Congress has allowed him to get away with it.
Congress Has Betrayed the People
Every senator and representative swore an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Yet instead of fulfilling that oath, they have chosen complicity over courage, power over principle, corruption over country.
Their refusal to act in defense of democracy is nothing short of treason. It is the betrayal of every American who still believes in the ideals of this republic. It is an abdication of duty so profound that history will remember them not as leaders, but as cowards who paved the way for tyranny.
Since Congress refuses to act, then the responsibility falls to us.
No One Is Coming to Save Us
For too long, we’ve waited for someone else to fix this. We’ve looked to Congress, to the courts, to the media, and even to our most powerful and influential celebrities—yet they have done nothing.
- They tweet, they post, they make statements—yet nothing changes.
- They attend galas, make donations, and sign letters—but they never stand with us in the streets.
- They could fund mass movements, they could use their influence to pressure real change—but they don’t.
Lucas, Spielberg, Jordan, Winfrey, Jay-Z, Kardashian, Swift, Rihanna, Perry, LeBron, Jackson, Woods, Wolf, Johnson. All billionaires. All doing nothing to fight this evil. They have power. They have resources. And yet they are just as complicit in their inaction as those who openly support Trump.
No one is coming to save us. If we want our democracy back, we must take it ourselves.
A Peaceful Uprising
On July 4, 2025, we call on every patriot, every defender of democracy, and every person who believes in freedom to march on Washington, D.C. in numbers so overwhelming that the entire world will see that the American people reject tyranny.
If Trump, his administration, and his enablers refuse to step down, we will shut this country down.
- We will not return to work.
- We will not contribute to an economy that funds a dictatorship.
- We will not participate in a system that has abandoned its people.
We make this clear:
Donald Trump must leave office. The Vice President must leave office. Every senator, representative, and official who enabled this regime—who voted against democracy, who stood silent as Trump dismantled our institutions, who betrayed the people—must leave office.
Until every last one of these traitors is gone, we will not work. We will not comply. We will not stop.
Veritas Super Omnia
When this national nightmare is finally behind us, the first order of business for the new government must be to call a Constitutional Convention whose process is outlined in Article V.
A new Constitution must:
- Require Veritas Super Omnia, which means “The Truth Above All Else.” We must have trust in our scientific, educational, political, and news institutions restored, and enshrining this tenet in our Constitution proves our commitment to a fact-based government.
- Eliminate the unchecked power of the presidency and place true accountability in the hands of the people.
- End the corruption of Congress by banning dark money, gerrymandering, and lifetime political careers that serve donors instead of citizens.
- Enforce real, binding, and severe consequences for constitutional violations so that no leader can ever again defy the courts or ignore the rule of law.
- Rebuild the foundation of American democracy with clear protections against authoritarianism, corruption, and the erosion of civil liberties.
- Remove all money from politics. No lobbying, no donations, no contributions, no super PACs.
- Remove any religious or firearms freedoms so our kids will be mentally and physically safe in our schools.
This will not be just a change in leadership—it must be a rebirth of democracy itself.
We Are the Last Line of Defense
Our forefathers fought tyranny not because it was easy, but because it was necessary.
July 4, 2025: Washington, D.C. Stand for freedom. Stand for democracy. Stand for America.
And if our voices are ignored, we will not return to work. We will not contribute to a system that has been stolen from us. We will bring the nation to a standstill until democracy is restored.
It’s time to choose: America or tyranny.
