Build the knowledge needed to evaluate constitutional reform through plain-language explanations, historical examples, teaching materials, and practical answers.
A constitution belongs to the people it governs, but only if they can read it, question it, and judge it on its merits. Learn is where ReDrafting America will make that possible for readers without legal training.
The materials here will define unfamiliar terms, explain complex institutions in plain language, examine how other democracies have succeeded and failed, and give teachers and civic groups what they need for structured study. Explanations will be simplified without changing their meaning, and facts will be kept separate from the project’s own conclusions.
These resources will be built alongside Constitution v2.0 and released as the Articles they explain are published. In the meantime, the Mission and The Drafting Room are the best places to understand the project’s thinking.
