Careers
ReDrafting America is organized around eleven pillars — the things a governing institution has to protect in order to last. We're assembling the founding leadership team responsible for each one.
Eleven Pillars. Eleven Leaders. One Mission.
Back to homeEleven Pillars, Each With a Leader and a Department
Every pillar represents something the organization has to protect to remain trustworthy over time — vision, continuity, history, resources, law, community, knowledge, sustainability, integrity, innovation, and execution. Each pillar is led by a Director (or, for the four officer seats required under our Bylaws, by the President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer), who in turn oversees the specific functions listed under their department.
The organizational chart is arranged in eleven colored columns and three horizontal tiers. Tier one names what each pillar protects: Vision, Continuity, History, Resources, Law, Community, Knowledge, Sustainability, Integrity, Innovation, and Execution. Tier two names the accountable officer or director. Tier three lists the department functions that execute each pillar's mission. A complete text presentation of every leader and department follows this image.
