Section 1.1 Name
The name of the corporation is ReDrafting America (the “Nonprofit”).
Section 1.2 Corporate Identity
ReDrafting America is a nonprofit corporation incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Nonprofit shall possess the legal identity, rights, powers, privileges, duties, and limitations established by applicable law and these Articles of Incorporation.
Section 1.3 Registered Office
The Nonprofit’s registered office in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be provided by its commercial registered office provider, M. Burr Keim Company in Philadelphia County.
Section 1.4 Incorporator
The name of the incorporator is Todd McGuckin, who is also the principal architect of these Articles.
