Section 4.1 Perpetual Duration

The Nonprofit shall have perpetual existence. Perpetual existence means the Nonprofit has no fixed term. It does not preclude dissolution under the Dissolution Article once the Primary Mission is fulfilled or can no longer lawfully or practically be pursued.

Section 4.2 Continuity of Governing Obligations

A succession to any office, membership, directorship, or other position within the Nonprofit changes no limitation binding it under these Articles. Every obligation, restriction, and Eternity Clause protection continues undiminished and without suspension.
